Nest Community's 5 Core Pillars

We are building our business and our relationships on five core pillars. By focusing on these five pillars, we are able to better serve the people who make each community special. We believe that a community manager can positively impact a community and its residents, and we relish the opportunity. We strive to meet and exceed a community's short-term and long-term goals, enhancing the lives of each resident.

1.

Asset Management

Your community has shared assets, and the HOA is responsible for maintaining those. We work diligently to ensure those assets are not only maintained on an annual basis, but that the HOA is prepared for their long-term repair and replacement.

2.

Customer Service

Our clients deserve rapid response times and easy to access information. Our custom-built, online portal enables community members to access a vast amount of information - from FAQs to calendars, documents, and account access.

3.

Board Guidance

HOA board members are the individual homeowners who guide a community's direction. We play a vital role in the education of the board, offering our experience and insight. We keep tabs on local and regional rules, regulations, and trends. You can expect ongoing communication and a constant flow of ideas and suggestions from Nest Community.

4.

Community Building

There are many reasons that people choose to live in a neighborhood: camaraderie, sociability, and a sense of place, just to name a few. We work with residents and board members to ensure that your community continues to be the special place where you'll love to live.

5.

Impeccable Maintenance

You want your neighborhood to look and feel amazing, and so do we. A beautifully maintained community not only increases a sense of pride, but also helps with property values. Our job is to ensure that when you drive into your community each day, it's a place you're proud to call home.
